This is encouraging. Interestingly, the Orthodox Churches and most Anglican and Roman Catholic Churches have always taught chastity and celibacy as gifts, not denials. Many of the Early Church Mothers and Fathers, plus others like St Bernard of Clairvaux, Thomas Merton, write eloquently about the spiritual disciplines of chastity and celibacy.
Thank you for your work Garrison. I think this practical topic-focused style of teaching is one of the next crucial steps for teaching of the Nations. I see you, Napier, Robb, and Keasler doing such important work in your respective domains. I find your approach true to the Spirit of the Kingdom, and such a great primer for pastors. As Willard said, without the heads of churches understanding kingdom living, it’s a slow uphill battle. As a layman, this style really encourages me, and I think supplements me with the answer to the question of “what now after Willard?”

I think it couldnt be more important. I see the people doing the crucial spearheading, and they don’t get much recognition right now. A few likes, a few views….but what other work could be more important? The Christians MUST become disciples in Kingdom - it’s the only way.
